About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the daily delivery of Soft FM services and ensuring they operate smoothly and according to agreements. You will coordinate the collaboration between clients and service providers, participate operationally in daily service delivery and projects. You will play a central role in planning, monitoring, and documentation. The work is done in close collaboration with the customer, the ISS team on-site, and suppliers.

More specific tasks include:

• Be familiar with and work according to the agreed contract with the customer
• Be hands-on in Soft FM projects from participating in project mapping to execution by integrating our services, departments, and collaborations with subcontractors in all areas
• Ensure that everyone works according to ISS policies and guidelines
• Be responsible for internal and external bookings as well as documentation and compilation of information that forms the basis for our agreement with the customer and any supplier
• Handle minor purchases and orders
• Supplier/Customer contact
• Report/notify errors according to guidelines
• Daily contact with operational staff and close contact with other colleagues in the service center
• Other administration and operational documentation

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with documented experience in service professions, experience in administrative tasks, and experience in FM and property-related services to assess cases. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with a high school education, good IT skills, and familiarity with various systems and the Office suite.

You have knowledge of first aid, fire safety, and evacuation. You are service-oriented, responsible, and structured with a good ability to plan and prioritize work effectively. You also have a good economic awareness and the ability to make well-founded trade-offs from both a quality and cost perspective.
